Brenna Cash, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi, I’m Brenna.

As a clinical mental health and family therapist, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-care through a holistic lens.

My work focuses on relationship issues, addiction, healing from past trauma and resentments, and navigating life transitions. In our first session, we’ll explore the areas currently causing emotional distress and begin identifying solution-focused strategies to support meaningful change.

I believe therapy should be tailored to the unique needs of each person—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that honors who you are and where you’re at. My holistic approach emphasizes emotional balance, resolving past pain, and building stronger relationships through healthy boundaries.

You can expect hands-on, compassionate care that respects the integrity of both the individual and the family unit. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that feels more fulfilling. While we can’t change the past, we can work together to better understand it and face today’s challenges with greater strength and clarity.

Education and Training

I hold a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Western Oregon University. My graduate and undergraduate coursework emphasized counseling ethics and practice, disability and adjustment counseling, cultural and social issues, addiction counseling, psychopharmacology, human development, counseling theories and techniques, group counseling, and diagnosis and treatment planning.
